XAER_NOTA - DISTRIBUTED_LOCK_TIMEOUT

Several XAER_NOTA messages seen in the logs could be caused by not honoring:

DISTRIBUTED_LOCK_TIMEOUT (set on DB) > XA Transaction (connection) Timeout > WebLogic Server JTA timeout
